What if my baby is born before or after the Due date?
Please notify me within 24-48 hours to ensure we schedule your session between the golden days of 5-12 days. I allow flexibility in my schedule and only book a certain amount of sessions per month for this very reason.
Are outfits and props provided by the photographer?
We are a full-service studio, therefore, we will provide outfits, props, and backdrops for your newborn(s).
Do I need to bring anything?
All newborn sessions are asked to bring a pacifier and additional milk. Even if baby is not using a pacifier it is likely they will just need it during their newborn session for soothing. I try to avoid handing baby to mom or dad during a session to ensure baby is comfortable without being passed around too often.
Do I get to choose the images ?
You will receive a proof gallery shortly after your session of unedited images. Here you will choose your images for editing. You will receive the amount of images based on the package you choose or any add-ons you may have purchased.
How many edited and how many unedited images do we get?
The amount on each package is the amount of images you receive. The photographer DOES NOT provide any unedited images. Clients can upgrade the amount of images, please see ADD-ONS for details.
What is the turn around time for me to get my images?
After you have selected your final images, I will begin editing. If you have a baby reveal or event coming up I will edit 2 of the chosen images within a week. The rest of your selection will be edited in 3-4 weeks after you have selected those images.
About ME
I have photographed hundreds of newborns and take newborn safety very seriously. I am vaccinated with all immunizations, TDap, and CVD-19 + Booster.
As a mother myself I treat babies with the same care and respect I would like my own to receive. I have taken workshops with some of the most respected newborn photographers, because that is how committed I am to my clients.
What Poses or sets do we get?
During your newborn session, my goal is to capture a beautiful variety of images, including one to two prop shots, posed portraits, and wrapped shots. We can also include parent and sibling shots if you'd like.
Please keep in mind that every baby is unique, and our session will be guided by your baby's comfort and needs. This means we'll happily take breaks for diaper changes, feedings, or if your little one experiences any colic discomfort. For their safety and comfort, we may adjust poses or keep your baby wrapped. Baby safety is always the top priority during our time together.
